Significant Wins: Had a 4th place finish in a college series open, and this year in 2018 I managed to win AOY in heavens anglers bass club, looking forward to what 2019 is bringing when I compete in the FLW BFL’s for the first time.
Favorite Omega Bait: 3/8 oz Pro-Mega Structure jig, Alpha Shad Buzzbait
Insights: I first picked up Bass fishing when I was around 8 years old, I remember my grandpa making me his hand made buzzbait that I could keep on top with a Zebco 33, and ever since I had that first bass explode on that lure I have an addiction to this sport since that moment.
The time and research I do every single day if its spending my whole evening watching Bass university taking notes, or doing lake studies on the Lakes that I have tournaments in coming up, or just simply scrolling through Facebook watching every wired to fish and every tip video that I come across. It has become an obsession just ask my lovely girlfriend.
The part of the day that I always seem to remember about every tournament is right when I am taking off, hearing my boat number being called and just knowing as soon as they take a look in my livewells it is game on, and a million thoughts and possibilities racing through your mind as you put your hotfoot to the floor and hop on pad. Flying down the lake hoping all your research, practice, time and dedication you have put in, is going to give you that bump on your rod that we all crave so much. I simply just love the never ending knowledge and puzzle of catching bass.
